Our vocation

Our vocation is to help businesses and entrepreneurs in the setting up and future development of activities both in Spain and abroad. This involves the identification and minimization of the legal risks inherent in strategies and projects in a new environment, whilst also taking full advantage of the opportunities offered by the changing world in which the company operates.

  • Among others, the broad lines of our actions materialise in:
  • - the study of the legal feasibility of each project;
  • - the choice of the most appropriate structure or entity for each case;
  • - advice in negotiations;
  • - the drafting of any kind contract;
  • - the execution and monitoring of legal acts and formalities deriving from the companies' operations.

Our main goal is to provide advice and support in business decision-making, their practical implementation and the judicial or extra-judicial defence of the interests involved.

Our clients

Our clients are medium and large enterprises with Spanish or foreign capital in all sectors.

They also include subsidiaries of large European business groups and those from other regions that require the collaboration of a team of consultants able to respond at all times to their needs.
